Commission Pricing

Prices mentioned are flat and may change depending on your characters complexity and design (perspectives/angles, extra limbs, highly detailed content, pets, any extra props, etc.) I will always let you know how much the final price will be before any invoicing takes place. All commissions are guaranteed to be delivered and commissioned artworks will be finished usually withing that month they are ordered.If you are interested but have a budged, let me know and we can try to work something out. I also accept payment plans if you are returning client. Everything is negotiable!

Terms of service

By commissioning me you confirm you understand and agree with these terms.

■ Commissioned artworks are for personal and non-commercial use only. You pay me for the service provided rather than the final product.■ For commercial use orders, a contract will need to be made. Prices will be calculated individually, and terms of service may differ from those listed here.■ Finished commissions or work in progress images are not allowed to be re-sold or traded by the buyer.■ No physical goods will be shipped; all artworks are digital goods and will be sent to you via email or direct message.

COMMISSION PROCESS

■ Please contact me first with DM or email ([email protected]). State what type of commission you would like to order so we are right away on the same page.■ Once accepted, a Google Form will be provided to fill out the details and submit references. Form will give you a good approximation of total price, but final pricing may vary. You will always be informed of the final price before any invoicing takes place.■ Concept sketch will be sent to you for approval first. You will also receive the invoice at this point to your email. Commission will not be started until the payment is processed and you have approved the concept sketch.■ I will keep you updated through the whole process. I periodically provide you screenshots and other work in progress shots and will ask if you want anything to be changed. Please use these work-in-progress steps as an opportunity to ask for edits, adjustments and suggestions. You can request changed and edits while I work; I can request compensation for the extra time if deem so necessary.■ Each commission will be aimed to be delivered during that month they are paid. Sometimes the process will take longer however due to life changes and personal things and I will keep you updated if that's the case.■ The final product will be sent to you as soon as it is completed. After the final product is sent the service you paid for is completed.NOTE: It is your responsibility to communicate with me and provide feedback or confirmations to continue your order. If you fail to respond and the time of 48 hours elapses I will continue with the commission as if you have confirmed on the current state of it.

ALTERATIONS

■ Please use the work-in-progress steps as an opportunity to ask for edits and adjustments.■ Edits requested must be relevant to that stage the commission is in. I won’t touch the base structure after I have started rendering.■ If you request alterations once I have already refined the sketch, you will be asked to compensate for the extra time.■ I will not re-do any commission.■ I will provide many opportunities to interact and give feedback of the process. Please take advantage of these opportunities. I would like to make something you’ll be satisfied with as well.

PAYMENT

■ Payments are done in €/EUR and preferably 100% upfront.■ All payments will be processed via Paypal invoices.■ All information are handled in confidential and private matter.■ Split on payment can always be discussed if the total cost exceeds 100€.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

■ Always contact me first for a refund.■ If you want to cancel your commission at any point of the process, you will still have to pay for the work I have already done as well as time and energy put into your commission.■ 50% refund after the sketch have been approved.■ You will not be refunded for a full payment once the picture is nearly or entirely complete, or the end of the commission is met.■ You will receive full refund if I must cancel your commission at any point.

MY RIGHTS

I keep all the rights over the commissioned artwork (not to the characters in the artwork). This includes but is not limited to:■ Displaying my artworks and commissions on my social media, galleries, portfolios, art books, using it for self-promotion and price examples.
■ I can reject any commission inquiry for any reason, without giving an explanation.
■ I will always credit you where your commission is displayed. Please let me know f you prefer the commission to remain totally private.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you buy artwork from me for personal use:■ You cannot use your commission for profit or show it on places where one would need to pay to view it.
■ You can print it and keep the physical copy for yourself.
■ You can share the artwork anywhere you want, you must however appropriate credit me wherever you display it. You can do so by stating my business name (LoryDraws) or leave a link to one of my sites near the picture.
■ You can crop the artwork for an icon.
■ You cannot edit, alter, or crop the artwork in a way that removes my watermark/signature.
■ You can not claim the artwork as made by you.
